    Put the terrorists/enemy combatants on trial for a crime, or release the assholes.

    The reports I've been hearing are all pretty positive these days, at least as far as quality of care goes. And I respect that this report mentioned the mess Gitmo was early on.

    It would be nice to see these guys tried or released. This is still America and you still have a right to a fair and speedy trial.

    That's the real human rights issue.

    Well, I wouldn't put it on the same level as torture, but it's still pretty bad.
