    Default Deseo by Tony Borhani

    Deseo by Toni Borhani

This cigar looked a lot more pleasant than it tasted. Wrapper was a betufully smooth maduro and the prelight aroma was delicious. Unfortunatelly I found the spice to be too powerfull and overtaking any other possible flavors.

Did anyone else try this one ? This is my first Toni Borhani cigars so I am wondering if all of his stuff is similar or not ? Also I think this one might be better with age, any opinions ?

EDIT: I use the cutter on my cigars and here is the weirdest part slightly touching the cut part with my tongue I get clear notes of something sour and SALT ( sea salt ) WTF

Did you have the cutter lying on the table when you were doing tequila shots? Sounds like you might have picked up something on your cutter and transferred it to your stick.

I thought something similar, but then I searched the net for reviews of this cigar and CA has one in their 2/06 issue also saying that it has sea salt notes to it go figure

    I've never smoked a Tony Borhani I liked...Probably won't ever try another.

I've had several H. Upman domestics that the wrapper had a salty flavor to it. I had some PLPCs I thought had that flavor also.

Default So did the only PAM '64

I've ever had. I thought it may have been my humidor but none of my other smokes had that problem. I still plan on trying another one.
