    It appears to be following all ebay policy, but they are known to use their personal disgression. I do remember buying cigars on ebay, but it was very long ago before they had the anti tobacco policies.

    Yeah, for all you know, they are fakes. I would never buy smokes on E Bay. It says the tabacco there is not for consumption, so If you buy those and then they are fake and or they just werent taken care of, then you just bought a $710 paper weight.
