After the recent discussion with ash13brook about his trip abroad and what he smoked while there I had to put in a small order which arrived yesterday:

5 x Vegas Rabaina Famoso HR
    4 x Partagas Series D No. 4

Having never smoked a Vegas Robaina I'm very much looking forward to trying one soon.....like maybe even tonight

Got these from J&R's. "Imitation Cubans".. I was told they're decent smokes, the price point was dead on, and it got here in about a day. All pros in my book.

Was in the big city on Tuesday and stopped by my favorite B&M:

    4 x Tabacalera (Phillipines) They're about 6" long and maybe 28 gauge.
    1 x LfD Chisel
1 x Casa Magna Colorado Robusto
1 x Rocky Patel The Edge 'Habano'

Forget Tinderbox, Have you had the chance to go by JR's Outlet in Burlington? Every time I'm in Charlotte or Raleigh I head out there... Well worth the trip.

From the Schiphol duty-free - well maintained humidor, decent selection and reasonable prices for an EU airport duty-free:
Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure #1 REP MAR 11
Punch Royal RE 2009 Benelux BLO JUN 09
Cohiba 1966 LE 2011 (no 2nd outer box so I don't know the factory or date - which is probably why it was still in the humidor two years after the super-hyped release. Seals intact, though.)

That about kills my cigar budget for the year!

A Gurkha (East India Trading Co.) Red Witch XO fiver. They're fantastic! If you haven't had one I do recommend.

I totally agree. I enjoyed it very much. Hoping to try the other sizes soon.
