    Welcome Indy!

I like your sense of humor.

Welcome from the great state of Utah- where you can have multiple wives, but cannot find a place to legally smoke a cigar outside of your own home.
But hey! You also have the "Chug Law".

My wife and I were in Utah and we were having dinner. I had a beer and she had a glass of wine. The waiter asked if we would like another round of drinks to which we replied "Of Course!"

He brought the drinks and told us that he was not allowed to place the new drinks on the table if we had not finished our current drinks. So we had to chug the drinks we had in order to get our 2nd round.

Apparently that's suppose to keep us from drinking too much. It seems to have the opposite effect.

The "Chug Law" has been around quite a few years.. I remember being about 19 (yes I was underage) and although they didn't card me, I ordered another drink because I didn't like the one I had. And the waiter politely informed me that he would have to walk back to the bar with my new drink, return to the table, pick up my unfinished drink, then return to the table with my new drink! Something about the law provented him from picking up my unfinished drink and placing my new drink on the table.... So my husband "Chugged" my drink for me. :)

I don't tell many people I was born in Utah. They all get this wierd look on their face like I'm from another planet. :) LOL

    Welcome from FL!

    Indysmoker,

I'm the brother-in-law heftysmokes made reference too in his post. My Favorite Cigar & Bar is a great place to unwind, have a drink and smoke a cigar. The staff and patrons are friendly and helpful. They have a VIP room and hey just opened a nice restaurant as well! I'm new to the board and a cigar newbie in general. It's good to see another Indy resident on the board!

    welcome sidewinder!
That makes me not the newest member. I am officially now a seasoned veteran of cigarsmokers.com

I will have to check it out! I have a few friends that would love to come as well. I usually play golf out at brownsburg 3-4 times a year but now have a different reason to drive out there. Do they have a website? Nothing like a bar that you can light up and not get dirty looks. Welcome to the board rookie.
Perhaps I will see you at the cigar bar

    Indysmoker,

    Their website is: http://myfavoritecigar.com/

Fortunately (or unfortunately, depending on your view) they spend a lot of time making the cigar bar and restaurant a success and not much time updating their website.
