I used to keep a reef tank and accessed forums for that. I have been well trained in the search features. I am a fan of google. I mainly want to use the forum to gain access to the different opinions and decide from there. Like reefkeeping Cigar smokers have more opinions than assholes....or was it more assholes than opinions....either way I try to stay away from spoon fed posts....

    Welcome!!

There are MANY cigar sites, some good and some which are run by complete assholes:

    StogieChat
    BOTL.org
    ClubStogie
    HabanoCigarForum
    CigarWeekly

So do yourself a favor and don't waste your time at those places. While some of the members at those sites are good people, the site owners/admins are proven shitbags and most of the posts are useless fluff, downright stupidity useless crap and blatant ass kissing of the "powers that be." The people who have been run of the real sites for asshattery wind up at those places which is a GOOD thing because the rest of us don't have to deal with them anymore.

    Hey Ed,

I have a feeling you will be a fine addition to this board

By the way I am not sure how long you have been smoking and how large your stash is, but in case you are interested check this out

It is a great way to try out a lot of different smokes if that appeals to you

I am not new to smoking cigars but I have not been as promiscius as I should be. I like medium to full bodied cigars. I do like the occasional maduro.
Cigars in my humidor right now

    la flor domincana double ligero
    Tamborilo perfectos
    hoyo de monterey excalibur
    Punch Gran Puro
La Gloria Serie R (natural and maduro)
    CAO Gold
A few random others as well as some that i bought overseas
    CAO Sopranos Boss (on order)

When I travel to Tampa next month I plan on getting some Gurkha perfectos and the new la perla habana maduros.

any other suggestions would be much appreiated.

    Welcome Indy!

I like your sense of humor.

But hey! You also have the "Chug Law".

My wife and I were in Utah and we were having dinner. I had a beer and she had a glass of wine. The waiter asked if we would like another round of drinks to which we replied "Of Course!"

He brought the drinks and told us that he was not allowed to place the new drinks on the table if we had not finished our current drinks. So we had to chug the drinks we had in order to get our 2nd round.

Apparently that's suppose to keep us from drinking too much. It seems to have the opposite effect.
