too many colors...screen printing would make the items too expensive (each color has its own screen)...nice stuff,though...imho...

I wouldn't mind seeing a visor if you make merchandise but I may be the only one so it may not be marketable.

my vote is either for the first one or the monkey...although it looks like a Gorillaz album cover. Most probably dont get it but some may.
How about a simple shirt that says
"Cigarsmokers.com, any other webiste sucks plugged sticks."
or
Cigarsmokers.com, We may stink, we may have bad breath, but chicks still dig us."

Hey guys, I can have patches made pretty cheap. Doesn't matter the amount of colors on them either, so maybe if there is a colorful logo that would be too expensive to print on shirts I could have some decent size patches made.
Let me know, i'd love nothing more than to give back to the community that helped me get started!
