    I wanted to announce a new publication for Dallas/Fort Worth cigar enthusiasts called The Cigar Wrapper. Each quarterly issue of this e-zine includeds an article about a local tobacconist, a manufacturer, new cigars and reviews and news about the Cuban cigar industry.     the second edition was published this month and includes a five page interview with jorge padron ... enjoy ...
