I may make it on the evening of the 17th. I'll arrive in Florida on the 16th, but the evening of the 17th I may have to entertain some friends from home (I think 3 or 4 of my friends from Law school will be heading down, and I don't think any of them smoke...plus I'll be meeting up with my friends in melbourne). I know they will all want to go out drinking that evening, and if thats the case (and they don't want to go to O-town) more than likely I won't be able to make it in the evening. I don't want everyone though to change their plans just for me.
I'd still be willing to meet in the afternoon of the 17th if anyone is available or interested, and I won't be leaving till the 25th (So if anyone would like to have an additional date to meet up let me know).
Well here are the problems I'm running into.
Most Cigar shops aren't going to be cool with us swapping around sticks or bringing our own instead of buying from them.
I've never done the Herf thing before so bare with me on this. I will try to work out some ideas and post up Sunday on location suggestions.
PLAN ON THE 17th DEFINITELY.
Location doesn't matter it's more about the people and the time, at this point we have that established.
I'm looking forward to this.
Seatbelts save lives, my best friend and I are alive because of them.
Nobody is ever gone as long as there is someone to remember them.
I have no problem buying a couple sticks at a local shop in order to Herf. Be happy to help keep the locals in business and maybe make some contacts and/or friends.
Hey guys... I have to bow out of this one. Shuttle launch was scrubbed so the vacation is scrubbed as well. For the Florida folks, if I make it down in April or May (whenever the launch is rescheduled) lets try again.
