Two Moldy Boxes from C-bid...

I won an auction for a box of 25 Belicoso "Players club" by don diego. They seemed like they would be a good cheap smoke so I went for it.

I got the box and there was mold all around. I called they sent me a new box immediatly.

I recieved my new box today only to find the same mold...except even on the foot of the cigars this time. There was no mold on the feet last time.

Either way I have been real dissappointed. The rep today said that they may end up pulling the complete lot becuase almost everyone getting a box of these is complaining of the same thing.

I guess it is probably for the better I did not get these.

C-bid has however never questioned a single thing I have stated. So far they are still doing well in my book as far as customer service.

Just had to get it out. I am upset but happy they are taking care of it. I just bid on some ancient warriors to make me feel better.
