    Great article nova. It is interesting what 'western' items are adopted and what aren't. Cold cereal in a bowl, for example, will likely never be adopted but things like coffee will be. The link to packaging coffee like tea seems to make sense, the "intense marketing compaign" does not based on what I know of the culture and business practices.

    "We believe that China will eventually be the largest international market for Starbucks outside of the United States"

    Every CEO of every large US company is saying the above. I don't think it is going to play out quite as people think.
