    Default She's Home

Picked her up on Saturday, May 1 and drove her 133 miles home. Here she is...

And now the modifications have to start. Windshield, cruise control, highway bars, saddlebags, power port, GPS mount....etc....

I'm just sayin, working on the bike in the garage is a perfect excuse for a cigar

So I was riding down at the river front downtown tonight and got egged by a group of fat gangsta wannabes. I did a loop and informed the 2 cops that were maybe 300 yards back what had happened. I rode down with them, pointed out the group that did it, then they told me they were going to "take care of it." Apparently that is police code for "sucks to be you, we're out of here." I pulled away, they followed, I turned off right after and he just kept on goin. I guess "protect and serve" doesn't mean jack when it's almost quittin time. Worthless sacks of crap, the lot of them.

Note: I know there are several current and former LEOs here and I don't mean to offend you guys. I know not every cop is like this and I was only referring to the ones I dealt with tonight.

After a few modifications while enjoying a large amount of cigars over the past 2 months, here she is:

This pics were taken yesterday as I went out for a quick ride to the lake and back. Love those back country roads.

I still need to add an accessory outlet, stebel horn, lightbar, and handlebar risers, luggage rack, and I'll come up with something else for sure.

Here are my bikes... 2 - 2007 Honda CBR1000rr's. Well, the red one is my wife's bike.

This one I was washing my bike and my daughter wanted to help by laying on the seat.

Ok, Cyris, here is my wife's bike. This is the same bike as the red/black one as above but she had some body work done on it and had it re-painted Perl White and had all the decals/stickers removed.

Saw a guy who had painted his Nighthawk with white glow in the dark paint. I think that would be cool on it.

    Default Winter shutdown

I (drained) & pulled the tanks off the bikes tonight. Took a couple parts off that need attention for the winter.

I didn't do shit last year. Nothing. Didn't really ride this whole season. I feel...wrong, so this year I'm making it a goal / point to get shit fixed up, and ready for next year. Got the little one helping me (safe of course.)

She helped a little today, just watching and staying outta the way as I moved the bikes in the basement. Helped hold the tire straight on the Trophy while I pulled the tank off for safe keeping. She did a great job.

Gotta pull the motors this year, and button them up. Try to keep the leaks down.

    Will
The powers that be might take it all away
