A couple of quick questions about C-bid and CI...

1) how long does c-bid usually take to deliver cigars from the night you win? If I were to win a couple lots tonight, when could I (in KS) expect them (on average, I know it will vary)?

2) If I (in KS) were to order some cigars from CI tonight and select two day shipping, could I expect them by Saturday (do they even deliver on Sat?)?

Sorry for these very specific and probably useless for everyone else questions, but I'm going home for spring break next friday and it would really suck if I get them delivered to home and they show up right away or if I got them delivered to my college and then I leave before they arrive.

For CI two days should be two days after the day you order them.

For C-Bid - it all depends on what you choose for a shipping schedule.

C-Bid will bundle orders which will save a lot on over all shipping expense but that means they ship on Thursdays. Depending on who they use it means Sat. or Monday.

Don't know about CI, but here is what I have experienced with cbid. I used the once a week option (saves money if mutiple wins) the three I have gotten were sent the Thur following the auctions and were delivered like this: 1)Sat, 2)Wed, 3) Tue.

The first I order was a small 5er and it was sent USPS. The other two were larger orders and where ship DHL.

BTW I live in LA.

like they said, change your options to shipping on Thursdays. saves money. I usually get mine on the following Monday. I use DHL because it's faster and they're not a pain in the butt. You can call them and tell them which carrier to use.

I've ordered from CI, but don't remember how long it took.

CI is pretty quick at shipping. I normally get my cigars 1 or 2 days after I order them (normal shipping). It would probably about a day or two more to get to you (considering I'm in Md and CI is in PA).

If you don't pick the once a week option on cbid them deliver the same amount of time. They come from the same place.
