  1. Default My Cigar Art Project

So I have spent months collecting cigar bands so I could make my art project. I didnt smoke them all but I made sure I collected my friends bands also.

It didnt take me that long but I wanted to make something to hang in my basement.

Let me know what you think.

Cool, I like it. I recently have been saving my bands, once I get a good bit of them I will do something similar. I am doing it mainly as visual answer when I ask myself "Why do I never have any money?"

Nice...post pics when it is done. I originally wanted to do something bigger but finding the right frame was an issue.

Not bad man, I really like your frame choice. Just one question, where is the swisher sweet band!?!?

    :)

    Very cool
If I was the crafty type I would take my million band collection and glue them onto a humidor and put that thick clear coat on it.
The older I get ,the better I was

I was thinking of doing the same thing, just sticking the bands to a cork board. It looks nice framed though.

I actually thought of that too but I thought it would be too hard to get the coating right so it looked good.

Very neat, definitely going on my to-do list. Smoking more and collecting more band that is.
A good book, a cigar, and a nice tall glass of STFU.

Nice job. Like the wood frame and the band matting. What can i say about your choice for the center piece?

I just bought black construction paper and used a glue stick. Regular Elmers glue didnt work. It made the labels bumpy from the moisture.

I didnt smoke the Acid. I actually wish I didnt put it on there. I tried one years ago and didnt like it one bit. They taste like they are infused with bad cologne.
