    Default Flogging Molly

Has anyone on here heard of the band Flogging Molly? If not, you should check them out if you like Irish music. They are amazing. Anyway, I'm going to see them tomorrow night and I was wondering what you guys thought of them. Try them out!

EDIT: Damn it, sorry guys. I didn't see that there has already been posts like this. Oh well, its going to be a great show. Its at City Hall in Nashville. Also, Street Dogs are opening for them (former DKM singer). By the way, I have seen the Dropkick Murphys live as well, in Atlanta at the Masquerade. An amazing show, if you ever get a chance to see them, definately do it!

I know, i know, post less search more.

Oh Borovy, you oughta check out "The Tossers" from Chicago, same type of music but they're not quite as popular as Flogging Molly or DKM but my guess is they will be sometime soon.

Also check out Flogging Molly's MySpace page. They released a six song EP available on ITunes on March 13th with two NEW songs! I LOVE "Requiem for a Dying Son"!!

Over the past couple of months, I've become a HUGE Street Dogs fan. I have all three of their CDs and they're GREAT!

I got a chance to meet Stephanie Dougherty at the DKM show last night. Her band is "The Deadly Sins" who warmed up and she sings "Dirty Glass" with the Dropkick Murphys. They'll ONLY do that song when she's around since in order to do it right, you HAVE to have a female vocalist and she's the original singer for that song on their studio album "Blackout."

HAHA. Yea, when I went to see DKM in Atlanta the Tossers opened up for them. They are an awesome band as well. That Flogging Molly set list sounds amazing as well. Can't wait to see the Street Dogs live. I'll tell you how everything goes.

Man, I wish I could see DKM this year. Dirty Glass, Baba O'Reilly, Captain Kelly's Kitchen, Worker's Song live? That sounds amazing. I am a huge DKM fan.

Back to the Tossers, I used to live in Knoxville, TN until recently. Aparantly, the Tossers were on tour with some kind of like blues festival that was in town or something. I never heard anything about it until the day of the festival, then missed out on their show. Talk about REALLY pissing me off .

OH! YOOOOUUUUUUUU GOT TICKETS TO SEE THEM ON SAINT PATRICK'S DAY!!!!!! All I have to say is ... . Lucky Bastard.

    Wanna bring someone along?

Good to find somebody on here to talk with about my music!
