  1. Default JdN Celebration Torpedo

This cigar is a variant of the JdN Antano line. I've been told the only difference in them is the Nicaraguan Criollo Wrapper used in this one. It is a Nicarguan Puro that measures 6x54.

This cigar has an oily wrapper with small veins. No noticable flaws were noted in the roll. The cap and foot were well formed. It clipped well and had a nice draw with just enough resistance.

I lit this one up. My first impression was that of harsh smoke. Maybe I put too much fire to it. I let the cigar cool for a minute, washed my mouth out with a little rum and Coke and tried again.

It was still a little harsh but the flavor improved greatly. I began to taste some leather and wood. The flavor never changed much over the smoke. The harshness never really went away but it became less noticable as the smoke progressed. The ash was flaky and fell off before I progressed to the first tip.

The smoke was a solid medium in body. It's not as strong or flavorful as it's big brother bur it's a cigar you should consider. I think the harshness should go away if the cigar was aged longer.

I'll give this one 75 out of 100 points.

Good review, but I believe it's Celebracion.
