...for steroids. If he was on the stuff, he surely didn't look like it in the fight. Now guess who is the new WBA champ? That's right, the guy whom Toney pounded on-John Ruiz. The heavyweight division is serving up more hamburgers than McDonald's.

John Ruiz has come out of his brief retirement to become a heavyweight champion once again -- this time without a fight.

Ruiz's camp said Tuesday the World Boxing Association has reinstated him as champion in the wake of James Toney testing positive for steroids after their April 30 title fight in New York.

well he does deserve it if the other guy cheated, but arent steroids suppose to make you stronger? he couldnt even knock out ruiz who is older. oh well, GO VITALI
