Thread: Bought a House

  1. Default Bought a House

Out in the country 10 miles from town. 5 lot cul de sac off of a country road. Built 3 years ago and the builder has lived in it since it was built so it's in perfect shape . 1200 sq ft on an acre that is pretty level . Nice and simple vinyl sided on a slab with a patio out back. 1/8 th mile from the county water tower so me and the boy will prolly climb it and pee off of it.

Sucks to hear some of the $ you dudes have to pay to live in a metropolitan area. The same house on the north end of the county (near Charlotte ) would go fro 200 + . I paid 117
The older I get ,the better I was

Cool...I'm gonna move in the next year or so. I'm getting tired of neighborhood living. I'm going to the country.

Wow, nice find! Man, what that would cost around here! Congratulations.

Good Luck with the new house, even more congrats moving to the country. Ive always like cul de sacs and dead end roads to live on too, cause if someone drives in there they'd better have a reason !

Nice. So when are you going to build the walk in humidor and smoking lounge? Have fun with the new house.

Sounds great, nothing like a new home that you really dig. I also got a new home a little over a year ago; it's smaller than my old home but I like it a lot better.

Grat's on the new pad, Kevin. I love your idea about pissing off the water tower. Sounds like a great father and son bonding opportunity. I did that with one of my cool uncles once as a kid and thought it was the coolest thing since invisible ink. Just make sure the wind isn't blowing
