Default ISO of a blue Thera-Band

My shoulder has been bothering me lately. I rehabbed my other shoulder about 8 months ago and know what exercises I need to do to heal my arm. The down side is I cannot find the thera-band which I need to do those exercises with for my other shoulder. I am looking for about 6 feet of the blue colored thera-band. If anyone out here has access to therapy bands please PM me to work out details. Thank you.

My buddy has some at his gym but I can't take them. Found some cheap online. Looks like the smallest you can get it is 6 yards

    $12.07 for 6 yards

    $8.80 for 6 yards

I know how you feel. I've got one too. Subluxation in the right shoulder. I can't even throw a ball very far anymore. It pops out a bit when I whip my arm around. At any rate, after talking about surgery and doing physical therapy, I've found that watching my day to day activities and being careful helps the most.

My biggest help is keeping my shoulder tight when I'm lifting with that arm. Before, I would let the joint take the stress and I would pay for it. Now, I keep my shoulder flexed and tight so it doesn't pop out that little bit. It helps BIG time. I havn't had any shoulder pain worth talking about in almost two years now.

Jon, hope your shoulder heals or gets better by the 11th.

I know the feeling though. I dislocated my shoulder playing football, and later found out the tendon thatt held the shoulder joint was ripped (after getting dislocated twice, once was just swimming normally at the pool). So, had surgery to connect the tendon back, and now I'm all good.

First thing I asked the doctor was, when I can start playing golf again.
