Where on Long Island are you? I'm from Wantagh myself, and I know of a couple of decent shops in the area.

I prefer the 1926s. I was looking to split a box of the 1926 #2 maduros but no one responded.

www.seriouscigars.com Looks like his prices are about $.25 cheaper than tampa humi, not a big deal but I did notice that Serious has a greater selection of other brands. and I go to this shop often in person. The owner believes 100% in CUSTOMER SERVICES!

The B&M I frequent most is actually a convenience store with a small walk-in humidor. The selection is a bit limited, but they carry enough good stuff to keep me going back, and the guy who runs the place is really nice.
Some of the other places I check into from time to time are Tobacco Junction on Sunrise Highway in Wantagh, Levittown Cigar & Tobacco, Stogies & Tales in Farmingdale, and Margiotta's Cigars & Lounge in Massapequa - though I think they've moved to a new location in Melville, and I'm pretty pissed that I missed their liquidation sale.

I know the area well. I used to live in lynbrook. But moved to suffolk recently.
As far as wantagh i used to love going to Mulcahy's.
There was a really nice cigar lounge in huntington village. i dont know if its still there?
Do you know of any in suffolk were one may go for some cigars and port?
Thanks man
Doug
Ah, port. In my family, we have this little tradition. My dad bought a bottle of port when each of his children was born, and saved them until our 21st birthdays. We just cracked open a very nice `83 Dow's Porto last Thanksgiving for my brother's 21st - probably the best drink I've ever had.
As for cigars, Stogies & Tales on Main Street in Farmingdale has a nice lounge and a full bar. You might want to check them out.

I usually buy my Padrons from www.lacigar.com
They have great service, and if you sign up as a member, the prices are discounted a little.
