    Default Reccomend me DARK!

    Hi all, I know you all have your favourites, and I see there is a lot of experience here and so far you have proved invaluable to me. But now I want to drink deeper of your brain juices!

    Can you reccomend to me a reasonably priced (less than £15 / 30$) cigar that is extremely dark and rich in taste. I'm talking marmite/coffee/dark-chocolate dark here. Depths of outer space dark.

    Any help would be terrific.

    I like the Sancho Panza Double Maduro and Onyx Reserve as far as cheaper, dark tasty cigars go.

    These go for ~$3-$6 a stick.

    In addition to the cigars already mentioned here, I'd check out CAO's Brazilia line, LFD's Double Ligero line, Gurkha's X-Fuerte, or K. Hansotia's Triple Ligero X3.

    Great suggestions. Some of my favorites. Try 5 Vegas Series A Apostle. Very nice chocolate and cream notes. The Apostle is a churchill. Real good and only a few bucks a piece. Wrapper not as dark as a Partagas Black, but more than Sancho panza.I would tell you where to look, but I don't want to be send you to the crack dealer of cigar sites.

    I am not too familiar with British cigars sites, but I will second JFellows on that CAO Brazilia. Try the Brazilia Gol!

    Just checked and c-bid does not ship internationally. Quick search didn't produce anything but high prices and mostly cuban offerings in the U.K. Keep looking, theres got to be some companies trying to supply that market.

    Wow, puts it in perspective a bit doesn't it. It's pretty much the same situation here too. Luckily I found a few US suppliers that ship internationally (PM me if interested).

    (C.gars GBP vs FSS US$).

    Box = GBP202 (US$398.95) vs US$83.95.

    Five pack (@GPB 10.25 ea) = GBP51.25 (US$101.20) vs US$24.95.

    Despit not having c u b a n s at their local smoke shops, our American cousins don't know how good they've got it.

    Oh poooh. Does anyone know how cheap it would be to ship said cigars from the US? Would it be cheaper than buying in the uk, inc postage and tax and all that?
