I'll start off by saying I really enjoy this thin ringed cigar. It's a bit longer than cigars I usually smoke and when I want to smoke a longer cigar it's the first one that comes to mind.

It's a medium bodied smoke, with a clean, dark tobacco flavor, remiscent of a Bolivar profile. But the creamy, peppery profile built on the tobacco is pure Partagas. Being a thin cigar, it did not produce clouds of smoke. However, what is produced is more than ample to enjoy. Out of the 10 or so I've had, not one has been plugged.

The cigar started out with pepper and cream, medium to full bodied, but quickly settled down to it's characteristic flavor profile noted above. About midway the flavors disappeared and then reappeared with more pepper, more power. The power would come and go the second half showing it's youth at one year old. From 6 months til now it has developed from a lighter woody/cardboard flavor to a darker wood with cream and pepper, no harshness.

Construction and burn were flawless, bout an hour and a half hour smoke. Every humidor should have a box for times when you just want to relax an hour or two with a great cigar.

Grade - 90 with a promising upswing due to youth
