Brother in law sends me a half dozen choice sticks, wife orders me 4 Edge by RP, and I get a horrible cold. Aarrgghh!
Finally better today and enjoyed a Juan Lopez corona gorda. Fantastic smoke, hint of licorice to start, followed by lots of pepper. Oodles of smoke, two thumbs way up.

Great time last night. Met Rod from CigarPass, Rod's lady, Chewbacco (CP), and Jaewing. We smoked / ate / drank at Matt Denny's and closed the place down. Had some 15 yr. old Glenfiddich Scotch for the first time...mmm. Rod & his lady put together a nice gift basket/cigar pass shwag for everyone...pretty cool of them to do as well.

Great group of people and we all had a great time together. Hope to meet up with them again some time.

    Smokes -

At the PD/FF chili cook-off our BOTL Jeff won the peoples choice award for his gator bait chili.

I won a box of Flor de Oliva cameroon figurado so we lit up a few of those as well.
It was good seeing Jonsey again and hopefully the Tanks, jcritt and mav will work their way here.

Padron 64 princ. nat. These are outstanding little cigars. I thought, for a quick smoke. nope, 45 minutes at least - they're as dense as any other Padron and it's be a shame to burn 'em hot.

AF Hem. Best Seller very nice in AM w/ espresso.

1st - Casa Fuente Belicoso (as AlexGTP would say - "Fabulous")

2nd - ISOM Monte #2 (seemed to be a bit on the plugged side, but ended up smoking pretty nice at the end).
