HdM Excalibur III (maduro), which really was a nice surprise. It had been several years since I had one, and I didn't remember it being this good. I'm really grooving on maduros lately. Probably going to have a LGC Reserva Figurado (Selectos de Lujos) this afternoon.

La Vieja Habana, it has some good flavors but wasn't my 'cup of tea' I tasted cream, floral notes and a little spice. For some reason it had flavors which I normally love, but it didn't mix for me.
The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, "You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done." -unknown

So it was good stick, just didn't sit with you well that day? I've had one for a while and will try it soon. I hear it's a mixed filler, but is still well constructed.

Right now I am smoking a Carlos Torano Signature. About 1/4 through with it and I'm very pleased.

They taste much better after a year in the humidor.

And this is going to be post #100. Lets see who won that little contest...

I spent the better part of the evening writing a paper in the library, with a Sancho Panza Double Maduro La Mancha in my jacket pocket as a reward for finishing. Just put the last sentence on the page, so now I'm off to enjoy a very well-deserved smoke.

Gurkha platinum tubo(triple cognac infused) not a bad smoke. A bit heavy for mid day but I enjoyed it. I did get a nice buzz though...

...smoked an Oliva Serie G Mini Belicoso this morning with some coffee.

I'm going to try a Da Vinci tonight (???) that I picked up from a B&M in Kingsport, Tn.

My night cap will be a St. Luis Rey Serie G Rothchilde.

I just felt like having something fairly mild.
