Is this hinting at a dog rocket?

Liga Privada #9 Robusto - Good smoke. Great construction, burn, and draw. These need 6 more months in the humi to round out a bit.

Last night I tried a Cubao No. 4 Maduro - I had it with Baileys, which was fantastic.

Rocky Patel Vintage 1990 - an older one, before the taste (blend?) changed. Age hasn't really improved this cigar, and this one was past its prime. Just about my last one.

El Titan de Bronze Gran Reserva Maduro - kinda bland when bought, but after a few months, it has become a very nice mid-day smoke. Booked construction, but no burn or draw issues.

Bolivar Short Bolivar RE Asia-Pacific - a rarity - a loosely-rolled Cuban. Very easy to over-heat and subsequently turn bitter, a pain in such a short cigar (about 4 1/4"). Has to be sipped and is then rewarding right down to the nub - I keep thinking this tobacco mixed into a Padron 1926 would yield a cigar better than either. Probably going to go into a sick period over the winter, but still full of young tobacco strength - I think I'm going to lie down now .

I tried a Tatuaje Regio last night with some Baileys on the rocks and it was pretty bland the whole way through. I was surprised because the guy at my B&M said it was medium-full flavor and maybe I am too new at this but I didn't get any flavors out of the cigar at all.

What is good to know is that Friday night when I enjoyed the Cubao No. 4 with Baileys I thought the drink was contributing the majority of the sweet cocoa and creamy tastes - now I think it was more from the Cubao (or at least paired better).

Smoke the same cigars again, but this time try water as your beverage. It will help you determine what is the cigar.....what is the drink.....and what is the combination of the two.
