Illusione 88 Candela - Not what I expected, in a good way.

It was quite good. Had the dept and spice of a normal Illisione, but a " I don't know how else to say it" GREEN aftertaste. much like a Cuvee Blanc or Adrians.
A hay or grass sort of taste left in the mouth after exhale. I don't think I would smoke them on a weekly basis, but I would reach for one now and again when I craved something different.

Curing tobacco green is easy. Having it taste good isn't.

I don't know, no matter how much I like Illusiones, I really can't see my self trying a Candela cigar. I just can't get past the green wrapper.
    Yay! Cigars!

I hear you, It's not a "bright" green as some of the Candela shit sticks I've seen. I bought two just to buy them. I bought two of the Slams at the same time. I have this deep dark addiction when something new comes out my addictions sit on my shoulder and screams " BUY - BUY - BUY - BUY ".

Had my first AF Anejo! I had the corona size one and punched it. I nearly pitched it 1/2 way into it because the amount of tar was crazy, it was extremely bitter. Thought better of it and cut it, after that it smoked like a champ. No more punch on the Anejo for me!
