Hey all. It's been a while since my last post due to weddings, work, and daily mayhem. But I did get a chance to smoke some great cigars this week.

Couple of Pepin Cuban Classics Robusto's
    A Pepin Serie JJ Beli
    Couple of Padron Maduro Londres'
    A Oliva Serie V Lancero
A Handful of RP Vintage 90's Churchill's and Petite Corona's
A Troya Classico..........ehh, I think it was a Toro size
And a Tatuaje Brown Label......wanna say it was a Churchill...whatever it was, it was good

It's almost like I'm on Pepin's payroll. And to think that I didn't think much of his products in the past. Funny how that works out.

It was my big 40th last night so I convinced my wife to let me smoke in the office and boy did I ever. I started with a Vegas 5 A series, then a Zino Mouton Cadet No.7 and finished off with a CC seconds. Not sure what brand of CC it was but it was still the best out of the three. I would like to try another Vegas 5 thought cause I think the one I had was too dry. And of course a little bit of Courvoisier in between.

Been resting for around 4 months. Really good smoke after some rest.

FREAKIN AMAZING. It has been resting for a year and what a wonderful smoke. The creaminess and smoothness of the smoke totally complimented the morning and my coffee perfectly. I had a great day after that smoke. I only have one left, soooooo unfortunate that they don't make them anymore.

Is that the one with the purple band? I think CI called it the Obsidian.

Fiday i had a DPG JJ Beli Maduro. It was good, but i think i prefer the natural one more. Come to think of it, i am not really digging maduros lately. Later that day I had a Perdomo silver band, i think it is the cameroon.

Saturday I went into the District and stopped at WCD who just celebrated their 121st. year of selling cigars. La Aurora made a special cigar just for them and if you bought 3 you also got a special cigar which is only availible art their factory, so i bought 3 and got that one too. The 121st cigar was a Mini Beli Corojo Preferido with a barrel aged oscuro wrapper. Damn fine cigar. I also had a AF 858 SG that evening.
The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, "You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done." -unknown

    Nope. That's a different cigar.

It has a white and red label, with black and gold Edicion Especial underneath it. REALLY smooth and creamy cigar. I was very pleased at the flavor profile. Medium bodied, it didn't leave me feeling dizzy after smoking it. Perfect with coffee or a creamy liquor. Wish I had more.

Last night I had my first GOF. Was an amazing cigar. Real nice flavor, tons of thick smoke. Everything that I like about cigars, this had it. Burnt my hands some nubbing this bitch as much as I could!
    Yay! Cigars!
