    Mid-afternoon:

Legend Series Yellow Label - Don Pepin

Significant wrapper and burn problems. I've tried to convince myself I like these. Good price. Rave reviews.

They're an average stick that doesn't hold a candle to what Pepin can do.

I'd rather smoke fewer cigars than buy these for a price break.
Three small whiskies had gone to his head and Gallaher's strong cigar had confused his mind, for he was a delicate and abstinent person. (--from the short story 'A Little Cloud' by James Joyce)

I think a lot of people have the same feelings on the Yellow Label, I know I do. Don't give up on the Legends Series, though. Try the Orange Label by Rocky Patel. One of my favorites.

Thanks, that's good to know, and not surprising. I have smoked the Orange Label and found it enjoyable, but it has been a while. I have one remaining, so will smoke it this week. As for tonight, I'm going to ensure success and cap off the weekend with a Gurkha Legend Aniversario Perfecto.

Well, the Legend Aniversario Perfecto hit the spot, but the Gurkha Legend Torpedo remains my favorite.

Hoyo de Tradicion epicure after lunch. Fuller bodied than I had expected.
