Thread: Today's smokes......

Rocky Patel Olde World Reserve Corojo Toro

On a scale of 1-10, I'd give this one a 25. Delicious and a very long toro that smokes forever and just keeps getting better. And reviewers say the maduro is even better. My favorite Rocky Patel by a landslide, and I really like the Decade and The Edge.
Three small whiskies had gone to his head and Gallaher's strong cigar had confused his mind, for he was a delicate and abstinent person. (--from the short story 'A Little Cloud' by James Joyce)

Recently returned to a Gurkha Grand Envoy Toro and a Gurkha Fuerte Toro, both of which tasted awful to me right off the UPS truck, but both of which tasted like bliss after sitting in the humi for a while. Impulse control must be instituted. Of course a stick that has traveled 2000+ miles in a truck should not be smoked for a good long while. Gurkha does it for me, man. I love what Hansotia does with them leaves.

Had a LFD Coronado Lancero curtesy of Cabaiguan Juan last night (didn't fit in the humi, so only one thing to do) Excellent cigar. The lancero size made it a cool and easy smoke.

Cuaba Tradicionales and a JlP Cazadores, both good for the low end.
I thought it was a tampon joke!

Had an Indian Tabac Super Fuerte Robusto earlier.....nice short smoke. Afterwards, I had a DP Black Beli. and a Aurora 2nd Robusto. I'm ending the night with a Pepin Series JJ Beli.
