Thread: Today's smokes......

    I re-tried a #59 Factory Throwout this morning.
The perfect cigar, for non-smokin mooches who come over and want to smoke my cigars!

I just happen to have a few neighbors who like to visit the man cave and have a cigar. Why not give them something cheap? The don't care really.
This cigar sat for 3 weeks in my humi, and wasn't the worse I've had, and it saves my more expensive sticks for me. I felt obligated to at least test it before I handed them out. Wouldn't want to discourage anybody from going out and buying their own.

Any one know of a decent skunk beer??

I've had the Vintage 1990 Sixty (6x60) and it was great!

Last night I tried a Subito Fuego (SF, cleaver name from Smoker Friendly) Maduro Robusto.
I was told this cigar line is made by Camacho. For the price, I may just stick to Camacho SLR Maduro. My green palate likes them both.

I tried that Camacho SLR a couple weeks ago and it was pretty good, nice burn/draw/ash and a decent flavor.

I have a few SLRs (Corojo filler) in my humi that are settling.
I definitely like the Maduro. It is the first Maduro I had tried, and have only tried a few since. It will be interesting to see where my pallette leads me.

Last night I enjoyed a Victor Sinclair 55 series Cameroon. It was a perfecto, about 4" long and 48 ring gauge. Nice little smoke, with leathery and ceadar notes to it. Special thanks goes to Rugbyish 9 who graciously gave me the opportunity. THANKS!
Just another day at the office!

I'm over at McAllen, Tx for business for the next 2 days and I stopped by a local B&M to check them out. Really nice place with a bar at the back. The manager (Elvira) was very nice. She actually sat down with me and joined me for a drink and small chat. Anyways, I enjoyed a:

Carlos Torano 1916. Good smoke IMHO.
