Had my first RP 'Edge'. Nice smoke, I really enjoyed the flavor. Beautiful looking smoke that burned terribly and had a bad ash. Tasty though.

I would assume this isn't a normal character trait of these??

I'm hoping not, as I got mine at the same time as Drew, leaving mine to sit in the cooler for a month before I try them as travel aint good for cigars.

Definately not...the edge maduro, corojo, and lite smoke beautifully, with absolutely no burn problems under proper conditions.I have had several boxes and a few from internet as well as local shops and even fresh under proper conditions they all should burn evenly, slowly, and medium draw.

Today was a JDN celebration belicoso.

Monday and Tuesday I ended up smoking 11 cigars. I forgot what Monday was but Tuesday I smoked a Anejo #48, AF Hemi Masterpiece Maddie, Power Ranger, RASS to cap off the night with and 2 other smokes during the day.

Sounds like you have a 50-100 dollar a day habit. Must be nice.

Well the weather here in Toronto has been a huge improvement over the winter temps. Just had a nice Fonseca (Cuban) Cadetes KDT on the balcony with a Canadian Whiskey n Coke.

I hope so. I think they were just a little wet. I will try another in a couple weeks.

3/4 of the way through a RP Edge which happens to be from the same box as Drew's. This is a wonderful cigar without any burning problems whatsoever. I had a couple of squares of Ghirardelli Intense Dark Espresso chocolate with this. They complimented each other nicely.
