    Another great day off.
After breakfast was an Undercrown Robusto
After lunch was a Nica Rustica
After supper it is a Ramon Bueso Odyssey
What a great vacation day. Life is GOOD.

    Default Today's smokes......

    Opus X Angel's Share

So far it's just peppery like a regular old Opus. Not that that's a bad thing. I just thought it might be a little bit different.

Update: At a third in it has mellowed a bit more than a regular Opus. The pepper is gone except for on the retrohale. You know, if anybody cares.

PSD#4. Nov 11, IIRC. Too young, even with them fermented wrappers.

That was a 48. That still stands, I think, as one of my best smoke experiences to date. There's a review on it somewhere.

I can see that. It was very good, all the way down to nearly burning my fingers.

Spent the last week back in my home town (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan ... say that 5 times real fast....LOL) visiting family and friends. Stayed at my bro's place and he lets me smoke cigars in his house so I brought plenty. Between the ride there and back (had one in the vehicle as it helps make the 6.5 hour drive more pleasant) and the ones I smoked there I had the following:

    - AF Flor Fina 8-5-8 Natural/Maduro
    - Camacho Corojo Churchill
    - Rocky Patel Vintage 1990 Robusto
    - RyJ Churchill
    - Padron 3000 Lonsdale & Robusto

How charged with punishments the scroll.

I am the captain of my soul.
