Went apple picking with a new chick I'm seeing yesterday.. Had a Romeo y Julieta No 2 tubos. Was pretty excellent actually. I was on the fence about those ones after my last one, and this one was resting in my humidor for about 4 or 5 months... made me think I should have at least a couple of those around
Tatuaje brown and a Hemi Sig now.
ETA: Forgot how nice Hemingways are. Mmmm

Had myself a Don Tomas Nicaragua today. Saw them for the first time at a cigar shop near toronto, and I grabbed one. Finally tried it. Not bad. Not great.. There are other cigars at that price point that are better.. I think the Don Tomas Maduro is better(and really their only really good cigar)
Been damn busy at work and with my annual hunting trip coming up in 8 days (and counting....lol) I haven't had much time to devote to smoking cigars or hanging here. I have been managing to sneak in the odd cigar though thanks mainly to unusually warm weather.
I had one of those Hex cigars from that last split and enjoyed it VERY much. Thanks again Will
As usual, my 30 count travel humi will be making the trip to western Alberta with me and I'll be enjoying some of my favorites while I'm there. I'm contemplating smoking my very last AF Anejo on the drive west. We'll see if that happens or if I save it in case I bag another elk and have need to celebrate!

Enjoying a 98 Partagas Decadas and a local peated single malt. Both are pretty damn good

Today was a sad day. The weather is finally cool enough to sit outside and enjoy one, so I opened up the ol cooler and what do I see? Mold. So I started taking inventory. Everything in cello was fine, but the loose ones that weren't, ie the types of cigars that never come with cello that I can't get any more of barring a drastic change in foreign policy, were the hardest hit. Threw out 13 in all. Apparently I put too much water in the beads to counter the dry weather. Some of them had bands that hand popped off from swelling. I'm letting them air out now, so hopefully I caught it soon enough.
ETA: I did clip the moldy end off a Liga T52. Started off nice, but about 10 minutes in it had split up the middle like a hotdog in the microwave. Way too much moisture.

Had a fake Cohiba Robusto a few weeks ago that was actually a decent smoke. Right now I'm enjoying a Padrón '64 Corona. First cigars in quite some time.
A couple of Padron 1926 #6 maduros in the past week. I had the "super bug" for most of October and didn't feel like smoking cigars.
