Geez Captn', he even gave you a reference with the Scotch bottle in the background. That being said, that would have been one awfully PHAT 888.

LOL well call me dense as well as blind!

I couldn't tell it was larger diameter than the 888 in the picture and the scotch reference went completely over my head. I was a rye whiskey guy back when I still drank....

Liga Privada #9 FFP with Founders Breakfast Stout. Also, I did score a 4 pack of KBS, saving it for my mantrip (gaycation) next week. KBS, Behike, man-friends, beach, I'm super excited!

    Default Today's smokes......

Man trip has begun. Just lit the Behike. Thanks so much for the awesome dude that let me get a couple of these. So much appreciated. Love this board. Just popped a KBS as well. Life is good!!!

Alright, I finished the Behike. I know it is always hard to justify the price that these come with, but if any could this is the one. It was a great smoke from start to finish. I'm also day drunk, and that never hurts. I just finished a Padron Lonnie with a margarita and I just lit an Opus double corona. Chain smoking cigars.

    KingBeef,

    NICE SCORE on the KBS!

I've never had it and could have bought a 4-pack when it came out last week but I took a pass.....

    How was it?

My latest smoke was a Padron 1964 Exclusivo Maduro (something different, LOL!)

In my most humble opinion you shouldn't have passed if it wasn't marked up unreasonably. Like the Behike and most things out there it isn't life changing as it is hyped to be, but it certainly is very good. It's well worth experiencing at least once just to say you have.

We scored two 4 packs. If it wasn't such a bitch to ship I would send you one.

I really miss your posts of what you've been smoking. As I mentioned earlier, you smoke cigars I really like so I'm kinda missing you keeping us up to date on what you've been setting fire to!

I forgot what the price was, but our store doesn't gouge so it was very fairly priced. We had a limit of one four pack per customer and I was thinking about it but didn't pull the trigger.

Your view sounds like Kevin7's comment about Pappy Van Winkles, I think it went something like this:

".... I wouldn't build a golden temple for it but it's damn good bourbon"

Yep, K7 sums it up very well there. If you can get it at a reasonable price you should try it. Expect to enjoy it, don't expect it to grow your penis to any respectable length.

Today I have had a LGC #4, 1926 #35, and I'm working on a Hemingway BTL currently. I'm sure I would be just as well smoking a Backwoods at this point, they're all starting to taste the same. But to be fair the are all the same kind of very good.
