At a Diamond Crown event at my local shop Friday night I smoked the following DC's:

    #4 Natural
    #4 Maduro
    Maximus #5

Love these events. A generous BOTL shared some Dewar's 12 and another had some Ciroc to share. Plus the sales rep gave us free DC hats and a Brickhouse cigar.

    Jamie,
How was that Winston Churchill ?
I want to give them a try, but normally shy away from Davidoff products
I don't feel I'm getting my moneys worth.

It's not your normal Davidoff. Price is, I agree, an issue, but if you look around you can find some good deals. Try Mikes cigars dot com....look through the samplers.

Enjoyed a 5 Vegas Series 'A' Saturday night with some Balvenie Doublewood. About 1-1/2'' left and my two male dogs decide to throw down in an attempt to show off for my wife. Hogan ended up getting a nice gash in his neck. I took one look at it - fought off the urge to pass completely the heck out right there in front of my wife - and made my professional call that stitches were in order. This had to happen at 9PM on Saturday night - Emergency Vet visit = $300.

Nice smoke though, very smooth - wood/cedar taste with a hint of spice. Great burn, decent (semi-tight) draw, and very, very nice aroma. Would have nubbed it. Hogan's fine, limping around today and getting a lot of attention from "mommy".

I like the Series A also.

Stitches? For a dog? It was only a flesh wound!

Smoking a Padrón Imperial Natural right now. Good smoke but it doesn't beat the maduro.

La Unica Cameroon Beli #3 - La Unica was my first real cigar, that I remember anyway , and I've only ever found boxes. Not a bad stick for a bundle smoke and always has the nostalgia points.
