Romeo y Julieta Reserve Real Churchill - for some reason the Robusto seemed to be a better smoke.

Rocky Patel Vintage 1990 - very easy to draw.

I had a Romeo and Julieta 1875 Reserva Real with coffee this morning.
I don't have a lot of experience yet, but I did like this cigar. Not as much as the Casa Torana 1916 Cameroon, though.
Any cigars similar to the 1916 you all might suggest?
This weekend, I am going to do the newbie sampler!

Over the last week in central america I had:

Joya de Nicaragua (it is definately one of my faves now!)
Lempira (very weird from honduras and have not seen it here. This was a rough smoke)
Bacarrat (will never have it again. I am not too fond of the honey taste)

I bought a Padron 1926 sampler box at the duty free shops in the Nicaraguan airport. $70 for the sampler of 4 sticks. Now I just want to find an excuse to smoke one!

If you look in the calendar section, you are bound to find it is someones birthday...so you could always say you are celebrating their b-day

Let the cigar make the occasion special not the other way around. When the day is not a special occasion, a nice cigar can change that

CAO MX2 Gordo (this is my second MX2 and wow they are impressive!) Having it with early evening cappuccino and really enjoying this since I have been recovering from surgery for a month now and feeling better FINALLY the last couple of days! Surgery is hard on us old farts.

Had some issues getting it lit and keeping it lit. Other than that it was decent.

Last night my wife and I went to a Cajun-themed party and got some great food... then I enjoyed an Oliva Serie O in the backyard with my wife - had the fire pit going, it was awesome!
