Plasencia Organica Reserva. Not bad, but not my taste. I'm trying to find some non-maduros that I like. Most of my favorites so far are maddies, but I'm looking to diversify.

    5 Vegas Gold Torpedo.

Seems a little too mild for me, even for the morning. Flavor went on and off, and didn't really get into it. Seemed like I enjoyed my coffee more than smoking it.

Headed out last night with a VSG Torpedo, but ended up giving it to my step-mothers husband. What can I say I'm a nice guy. Ended up smoking a Romeo y Julieta Vintage Maduro VI 6 x 50. He had a new box of them. Not a bad smoke, enjoyed it, But ITS NOT A VSG!

For my 'birthday weekend' I had, in order:
    Monte #4
    AF chateau fuente
    Padron '64 maduro
    Gran habano conneticut #1
    Torano signature
    Don Thomas special edition corona
    La aroma de cuba
    Partagas serie D no.4
Thomas hinds nicaragua conneticut (the only one I didn't enjoy, horrible draw and just didnt like the flavours. But I did enjoy the thomas hinds honduras conneticut I had a while ago)

Rocky Patel OSG Torpedo. Ok got these in yesterday from CI, it seemed a little dry but had to try one. Was a med body smoke with good flavor. They will get better in my humi, sure of that. :)

Had my first HdM today. It was the best I've smoked as far as effortless draw, very even burn, and never burning hot. Very enjoyable.

Was a good smoke, starts of med and gets fuller as it goes. Not harsh at all.
Had one of these at a launce party at Serious Cigars last night in Houston. He is now sold out and won't have them again untill the end of Aug. after the RTDA show.
