    We had something like that at my fraternity in college. All of the fines that were handed out would go into a beer fund. When it got enough to buy a keg we had a bender which usually ended up with someone breaking something and getting fined.

    I'm implementing this at my house immediately.......I'll never want for beer again. ..........buy more cigars = more from the wife = more $ in the kitty = more beer = more time alone in the garage with more beer and more cigars for me.
