Definitely. I've tried many a "good" (read expensive) cigar and didn't much care for it. Depends on what your tastes are.

Personally I really enjoy a few of the cheaper sticks and a lot of guys on here will also have a less expensive smoke that they really enjoy.

With cigars price does not equal quality. Neither construction or flavor.

Case in point - Perdomo Silvio - impeccable construction but the flavor is super mild and one dimensional. I expect way more from a 20 dollar cigars.

Joyo de Nic. Celebracion - only a couple of bucks, Construction if very good and the taste is great.

For me - anything Davidoff is not worth even half the price.

But I'd pay more for Sancho Panza Dbl. Maduro's and Tat P's.

I will say this in some defense of expensive sticks. I bought my first opus X about 5 yaers ago and thought it was Horrible and wondered why i spent $17 on it(keep in mind this was before I knew much about cigars).

fast forward to now....I realized my palate was just not able to tolerate the cigar...not the full bodied strength within it.

I always say try things twice....in the cigar world at least.

Yes try things twice but there are still over priced and hyped cigars out there.
