NCAA challenge...

Ok, so as many of you know... this 'NCAA football' starts in a monthish.... so lets have a little friendly wager, shall we? Everyone's got a favorite team that they just know will be #1, so put your money... er, cigars... where yor mouth is; but dont smoke em just yet! ok heres the deal, i was thinking everyone who wants to participate has to do the following:

-Everyone pick their team who they think will be ranked #1 at the end of the season.
-The person who's team is ranked highest BEFORE THE BOWL GAMES wins.
-The exception: if, in any of the bowls, the person whos team was ranked highest at the end of the season's team is playing ANY of the other teams picked, the team that wins that bowl is considered the highest ranked... even if its #3 playing #10 and #10 wins....
-Prizes:
-Everyone participating agrees to send out 3 sticks ($7+) at the end of the season to whoever has the highest ranked team.
-Everyone participating agrees to display a sig line (text or image) of the winners choosing displaying support for the winners team... reguardless of how humiliating said sig line is... for a time period of 3 months. (stole this idea from chris)...

rules:
-All picks must be in before the kickoff of the first NCAA game... i'll post is later when i look that up.
-Participation is limited the same way the PIF is, 100 posts or having a senior member to vouch for ya.
-No repeat picks.
-one pick per person
-wait for the winner to be declared here before sending prize to the winner, if we have another championship game like last year, there may need to be a vote.
-All disputes, should there be any, will be settled with a democratic vote from the participants.
-Not displaying the winner's choosen sig line will be considered as bad as not sending out your end of the sticks.
-keep this civil
-winner ranks will be determined by the BCS poll at the end, but the AP is a good reference for the first part of the season.
