    Default Need help finding something

I have a 50 ct humi that did not come with a humidifier....I have plenty of beads but am looking for a good way to keep them in there. There is VERY little room except if I can find something to mount in the lid. I don't want just one of the puck humidifiers. I want something that will hold more beads. Can anyone suggest a way to accomplish this?

I see on Heartfelt's website, they have some type of silver brick type container. That would be great but I can't find where they sell it without the beads and I already have 3+ lbs of beads so I don't need anymore. Anyone know where else I can get something like this?

try maybe putting some sort of mesh or screen over the slots in a normal large rectangular passive humidifier casing?

I put beads in a metal cigar tube that I poked holes in with a push pin for a smaller tupperdore. Took up the same space as one cigar. K7 is right a 50 ct humi shouldn't need too much.
Equality is not seeing different things equally. It's seeing different things differently.

    Works great, too. Thanks, Basil!

just cut the toe out of a pair of nylons, or get one of those little loose tea holders for a single cup of tea, that should hold enough for a 50 ct.

I'd email Heartfelt. He'll probably sell you empty aluminum humidifiers.

Just buy some nylon stockings, and cut them off about 6 inches above the toe. They will hold beads well, and are pretty cheap.
There's only two kinds of cigars, the kind you like and the kind you don't.

I guess I have a habit of overdoing it when it comes to the beads. I have more than what could be put in two pucks in a 20 ct humidor. I did think of the nylons and other mesh bags but should I be concerned with water (that gets soaked up in the fabric) seeping into the wood? Would this not cause problems over time?

Thank you for the ideas. I will try some of these.
