    Default Greetings

Good morning and Happy Holidays. I'm pleased to be a new member of this forum. Although I'm a nOOb here, I am not new to smoking cigars. I have enjoyed a few in my 57 years. All those Henry Clay boxes are great for bullets, brass and other things. Yes, Henry Clays. Sorry, but back before the boom we really didn't have a big selection. However, I now have a well stocked humi and what with an informative forum like this I hope to expand my knowledge of the finer cigars. Have a good day and safe holidays.

Many thanks for the welcome wagon everyone. Actually I have never seen Darryl Waltrip race and I think Michael has lost his desire to win. I don't know Darryl's age but I imagine I was a DeeDubya before he was.

Mostly 40sw on my Dillon 650. I still use my trusty Rock Chucker for the rifle brass. Honestly, I enjoy reloading more than shooting. These days I make a lot more smoke with my stogies than with my guns.

Yeah, me too. I used to spend much more time on the range and in the woods than I do now. I quit reloading altogether - just couldn't get reliable, consistent results. My reloads kept coming up looking more like 9 1/2 mm or 30-07. It's tough to find something chambered for 9 1/2 mm...

Again, welcome. Look forward to hearing more from you.

I guess it's southern slang that "W" is pronounced "dubya". Hence my initials (like Darryl Waltrips) which are DW led to a nickname of DeeDubya.

Welcome to the boards from a fellow Texan! Wow, Henry Clay, that is an a brand that has endured the test of time.

I would love to get together with you sometime to discuss how cigar smoking has evolved since you got started. If I'm ever in your area I will let you know, or if you come to Houston, let us know.
There's only two kinds of cigars, the kind you like and the kind you don't.
