How rude of me.... I apologize...
I hail from Toronto, Canada... and to dispell any myths about us Canadians: NO we do not live amongst the polar bears; NO I do not live in an igloo; and NO we aren't all Tim Horton's drinking Hockey obsessed people (....... ok that last one is actually pretty acurate).
My new growing obsession with cigars ties in pretty much with my old obsession... GOLF... if you ask me there is nothing better then a round of golf accompanied by a nice stogie...
I've had a variety of Cubans never really appreciating the subtleties of a fine smoke... only now beginning to gain an appreciation...
Stick that I have probably most enjoyed to date was a Hoyo Monterrey Petit Robusto. One that I really did not enjoy was a Monte Cristo No. 2 Especiales.
Pretty much open to trying anything recommended to me by some of you long time vets!
P.S. Great forum... probably the best I've seen out there.
I received my end from WOXOF today and all I can say is WOW!!!!!!!! He really outdid himself and sent an outstanding mix of cigars labeled by mild/med/full bodied. I can't wait to light them up and I know my Ship's cigar mess will really appreciate the new additions. Thanks again, this is a great sampler thread for beginners!!!!
WOXOF, you are da man.

Hi, I'm a 19 y/o student from Holland. At the moment I'm in the UK doing a internship. In two weeks I'll go back to Holland.
I recently got into cigars and I would like to get a Newbie Sampler. As the "sponsor" in the UK is hasn't got the tag "UP NOW" behind his name I was wondering if I could PM a US sponsor.

I'm thinking that the first page hasn't been updated in a while.......it might be worth a shot to PM st john roe and see if his is up to it. I've never shipped cigars internationally and don't know what the rates would be.....if they are pretty high, it would affect the cost/contents of the sampler.
BTW, welcome to the forum.
Thanks for the welcoming. I'll give it a shot with PM'ing St. John Roe. You're right about the shipping cost. Didn't thought about that one.
Edit: PM'ed Stjohnroe.

I think the deal is done I just sent payment.I can't wait until they arrive. Thanks newfie
I received a PM from Synthetik about a samler......replied.
Man, I hope Kyle is doing ok. Haven't seen him in a while.
I was thinking the same thing Andrew.......he's probably just swamped with the new job and travel and such.
Who is up next? Is it FC5 of CJ? I got a pm from a newb looking to trade but I'm going to be out of pocket for bit after Thursday. I just got finished with a trade with JhnRls and need to pass this one off to another sponsor.
