Four in Hand IPA: I had low low low expectations here, but it's actually not bad. Not overly hoppy, but a good amount of hops in it. Cheap, something like $5.99 a sixer. 5.3%

Plan to stop off at my local B&M with a keg of my "Squeeze My Grapefruits Summer Blonde" to match up with a cigar or two. It may take several trials.

Jebus! That's like 80 beers per cigar if you're only smoking two cigars with that keg. Good luck!

    No problem at all!

    My recent beers:

Great Divide Rumble - Oak age IPA, sounded interesting and it was!

Crazy Mountain Amber Ale - Interesting, I'm not typically a fan of Amber's but this is more like an Amber/IPA hybrid with great flavor and very refreshing!

I had a couple Sierra Nevada ~ Torpedo last night. Kinda like the Celebration ale, but with more umph and a fuller body.

What's the name of the "other beer"? Or if you don't have the name I may be able to help.

    My recents:

Crazy Mountain Lava Lake Wit - Got this one at the brewery and it was very interesting. Light and crisp, very refreshing with some weird chamomile type floral characteristics. It was refreshinly different. I brought it to a family BBQ in a growler and drank the whole thing by myself...too good to share.

This brewery was really neat by the way. It's located in Edwards in the Vail Valley. We visited this past holiday weekend and it was very relaxed with ladder golf and some BBQ going on outside of the brewery. If anyone is in the Vail Valley it's worth a stop.

I love the Ranger IPA. Good stuff. This weekend we drank a lot of Shiner beers. Not the best, but when you are riding ATV's in 103* heat, anything will do.

Found the empty bottle in the recycle bin downstairs - it was Mighty Arrow Pale Ale. I also just discovered that someone had the audacity to bring in Budweiser into my house. I clearly did not have control over that 4th of July party.

I like Shiner beers. They aren't "great", but they certainly do the trick. I'm taking it then, given that you're from TX, that you've toured the brewery? For hot summer days, if I don't care what I'm drinking, I like beers in cans.

I really liked the Mighty Arrow. I drank a lot of it in the spring but I haven't seen it in stores for a while.

I have not toured the brewery yet. I don't get much time off. I will admit, I drank a Coors Light tonight. That is a rare occasion.

My playmate likes the Shiner Black. It's not a bad version of an American Schwarzbier.
Today I had a Northern German Altbier, Düsseldorf Altbier, and a Mild.

    Sly Fox ~ Pikeland Pils

Pretty damn nice pilsner. It's a lot better when it warms up a bit. Too cold, and it's too bitter.

I just looked at a case of that tonight. It's good. I prefer the 60min.
