    Default Graycliff 1666 ~ Presidente

    PackinHeat’s review

    Smoke: Graycliff 1666 ~ Presidente
    Drink(s): Yuengling Porter
    Tunes: Boot Liquor Radio

    Wrapper: Jaltepec Maduro
Binder: Peru, Columbia, Brazil and Mexico
Filler: Peru, Columbia, Brazil and Mexico
    Draw: Medium to tight
    Burn: Good
    Misc: 90+ minutes.

Pre-light: Dark brown, lighter brown mottled. Leathery smell, with a faint tobacco sweetness. Little burn on the tongue, pre-light.

    Light: Easy.

1st 3rd: Leathery, smooth. Medium body, medium flavor. Kinda nutty. There’s a tangy dark chocolate aftertaste in each puff.

Ash: Layered & flaky. Tiny white after burn bubbles. Holds on for about 1 ¼”

2nd 3rd: Medium to full body. Leathery & dark chocolately goodness. Creamy. Little hints of spices (pepper) kicking in.

3rd 3rd: More of the same as described above. A little more bitter now, but not too bad. Has a kinda minty touch on the aftertaste now.

Overall impression: Very nice cigar. Might look for 5ers of these.. Thanks Smoked!

There's an auction for 20 of the 1666 toro's -- set to expire on the 12th -- current price is $49, buy it now $72.

Yeah, I like this one too. Fuma787 mentioned the torps in another thread. They are equally good.
As usual, good review. Nice photo documentation also...

I really want to try one of these. I've been watching them on cigarbid but haven't bought any yet. I'll have to wait for next paycheck because I've been going a little crazy bidding on cigars lately.
Each day I break my previous record of consecutive days alive.
