    Unhappy I apologize

Well, some time has gone by and since I've last logged on, BK's comments have sunk in more than it did previously. While I did not mean my remarks to be taken seriously, I totally understand why it would be offensive. Members of our various state's finest put themselves on the line for us each and every day. They work incredible hours, don't have the greatest pay in the world, and do a brave job in trying to protect us from the scumbags who would hurt us and our families. I was totally in the wrong for my comments and perhaps should've "toned it down" in some way(i.e.-by wording it differently) in joking with Ken. I apologize to Ken, BK, and any other member of law enforcement, as well as others on this board who were offended by my remarks. It was rather rash and inconsiderate of me to say the least. I am deeply sorry about my royal FUBAR post and I'll try and be more judicious in my comments in the future. Once again, I apologize, I was in the wrong, and it was totally uncalled for.

Thank you...... I am not looking for a flame war with you. One of my closest friends is a NYC Fireman and I joke around with him about various situations that other firefighters get into (ex. getting arrested) but I would never do it publicly in front of other firefighters. Same thing goes for race and religion.... what I would say to some of my close friends I would never say in a public situation due to the fact I might offend somebody...... Thanks for your apology
