Gotta love March - for the birds, the flowers, allergies, and MARCH MADNESS... 2008... picking up from WhiteWidow last year.

Rules:

1. Buy-in is $15+/- worth of cigars (same as last year) or $15 for the winner to buy cigars(saves on shipping).
2. You can buy as many brackets are you want
3. Second place takes the lowest-scoring person's sticks. If there is a tie, s/he takes the lowest name of the lowest-scoring persons listed
4. Winner gets the rest, shipped directly by you lovely people.

Alright, I don't know squat about bball......but I do have $15 worth of cigars to donate so WTF....I signed up. I've never done this before, so can someone give me the skinny on how it works?
