Thats what i was thinking, each game someone seems to win by atleast 20 points, give or take a few pts.

    NOT THIS ONE!!!!

    GO PISTONS !!!

I'm a college basketball fan and I don't really like the NBA but I only started following this series because I just rememberd recently that Rip Hamilton plays for Detroit.

Hey this Duncan guy tht plays for the Spurs is the best player on the Pistons team!

Well, it's overtime now, if the Spurs win, it's all over for the Pistons.

OMG, I just heard a stat. where Al Michaels said that the Spurs have only lost THREE times at home this season

Looks like it's all over for the Pistons even if they win this game.......

It was a damn good game last night. Game 5 of the finals in overtime. Can't ask for more than that.

nowhere near as many as last season tho....

Timmy has...shall we say, a mental block when it comes to free throws...if he misses one, you can count on lots after that.

Sorry to weigh in on this so late:

    Spurs 86 Pistons 95

Freethrows did kill us and as they have all series, the turnovers are destroying us. We couldn't hold it together in the 4th but that's ok the Spurs WILL NOT lose 2 back to back at home!!!

    Really now?

    Let's check on three things:

    1. No Pistons team has won in San Antonio since 1997.

    2. No losing team could possibly recover from the killer nature of Game 5's ending.

    3. No team in the NBA Finals has ever won Game 6 and 7 on the road in the history of the 2-3-2 format.

So much for numbers 1 & 2 and so much for number 3 on Thursday

    GO PISTONS !!!

I'll admit I had thrown in the towel on the Pistons but ya never know.............

Who was the last team to force a 7th game after being down 3-2? Oh that would be the Detroit Pistons from 2003-2004. And who was it before that? You'd have to go back to 1953 The Pistons handle pressure better than just about anyone out there so ya never know............

Remember the old stat "No team in baseball has EVER been down 0-3 in a best of seven and came back to win the next four"

Ask the New York Yankees if that's still true LMFAO !!

Hmmm, Moheganson, care to make a wager on game 7?

I bet a fiver that the Spurs send Detroit home without their "World Champions" title!

    What do ya say?

    I say the Pistons!!!!
