It looks like he just made the bands himself. There was a guy either on CigarPass and/or BananaLand a long, long time ago that was making custom cigar bands for people. He made me some for my "Set Back Club" which is a bunch of guys I play cards with that I went to high school with.
Clown was the guy that made the custom bands at CP...He made me a bunch one time.
It'd be even cooler if they did that with ISOMs:smiley1:
