So I went by his place. It is an apartment building and since there isnt a unit number on his address I didnt know which one.
I was all ready to go up to the door to see if he still lived there.

Wow. I kinda think knocking on somebody's door because he didn't follow through on a contest might be a bit over the top here. I think the damage to his reputation might be enough.
I completed a newbie sampler for him, and mailed it to that address. Same one as in his profile. Maybe go to the main office and see if he has any forwarding address?

Going by knocking on the door would be totally fine, if the guy was too much of a bum to post communication on the board even though he had plenty of activity, maybe he'd be more willing to fess up in person. The guy's reputation is shot though from here on out until some crazy explanation involving tornados and magical computer pixies using his cs account is given.
